Say it ain’t so. A$AP, we know you’re not ducking and dodging.
TMZ is reporting that A$AP Rocky is dodging charges for allegedly slapping a female fan as he pushed his way through a thick crowd at a Philly concert last month.
And since police didn’t see it happen and it’s a misdemeanor offense, the woman has to file a PRIVATE criminal complaint with the D.A. This means she has to give the D.A. contact info for A$AP.
The problem is the paperwork was sent to A$AP’s record company — as she requested — via certified mail, but he wasn’t there to sign for it.
Now the D.A.’s Office can’t move forward until the lady provides a viable address where A$AP can get served with assault and harassment charges.
