Well, someone just hit the lotto. Kanye West has just settled with the man he attacked in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor.
Recap: We all remember some weeks ago, Kanye became pissed after an 18-year-old man directed racial slurs at fiancée Kim Kardashian and punched the teen in the face.
TMZ reports that the teen has agreed to the civil settlement and now feels satisfied enough that he does NOT want to go forward with a criminal prosecution. (Go figure. I’d say $250K is good for a couple of punches to the face.)
Although the D.A. has not decided whether to charge Kanye with battery, the likelihood of that happening is slim. With the settlement in place, they likely will not have too much cooperation with the victim and lets not forget the racial slur involved is not a good look.
